Amanda Jones lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband, son, daughter, and their two miniature dachshunds. She is a Special Education Teacher with Jefferson County Public Schools, working at the Ahrens Work Transition Program. Amanda also coaches youth volleyball and enjoys motivating youth and teens to become the best versions of themselves. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, doing yard work, and listening to podcasts. Through her work at Ahrens, she has partnered with Snacks in Sacks for several years to provide meaningful work opportunities for her students while also providing valuable services to those in need in the community. Amanda is passionate about community service and is honored to serve on the board of Snacks in Sacks.
