Heather Fagan was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She is married and has two boys and three dogs. Heather is a Jefferson County Public Schools kindergarten teacher. She was introduced to Snacks in Sacks through a former parent, Trisha Drake, while looking for projects for her RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) group. This group has continued to partner with Snacks in Sacks. Heather has a passion for helping others and especially those in need. She is excited to be on the board for Snacks in Sacks.
