This week we are thankful for our friends at Target Stonybrook and the St. Edward Girl Scouts, who each held events to make snack bags for Snacks in Sacks. Thanks to their efforts, we delivered over 400 snack bags this week to Fern Creek United Methodist Church's Street Reach team. Every donation helps support those experiencing homelessness and/or food insecurity in the Louisville area.
Are you interested in making snack bags with your group, organization, or company? It's fun and easy for groups of any size. Visit our Support Us page to get more information and reach out to our team for instructions.
There are a number of ways to support Snacks in Sacks and anyone can help. You can designate us as your charity for AmazonSmile donations, or send supplies from our Amazon wish list. Most importantly, we hope to see YOU at our next event, December 18 at 9 AM at St. Martha School (2825 Klondike Lane). We'd like to extend a special thanks to Scout Troop 194 for sponsoring our upcoming event!
Please help us get the word out about our mission by sharing our posts and website on your social media pages and inviting your friends and family to support Snacks in Sacks. We couldn't do what we do without the support of our community and we are truly grateful to each and every person who takes the time to help us. Thanks for your support of Snacks in Sacks!
